Straight Guy Friends

Ok so I was laying down in bed thinking about my friends and how most of them are girls. I started to analyze this more carefully and I figured out that it’s because when I hang out with straight guys, they are always like “oh yea man what about that chick over there” and I am like “uhh yea… she’s cool :S”

It’s like they just ignore the fact that I don’t see women in that sense, but imagine if I were to say “Hey man look at that guy he’s hot huh?” I would probably get the “WTF” reaction. I am just saying, if straight guys are going to talk about women and ask for my opinion why can’t I talk about guys and ask for their opinion?

What do you think? Am I over reacting? Is this what I get for being gay? I am just wondering. Send me a message with your response. =)

Amethyst Pendent
So today I had a History and a Psychology final. I honestly don’t care for history so I knew I wasn’t going to do so well BUT I made myself a necklace with an amethyst pendent and I charged it and gave it the intention to help me clear my mind during the test. I ended up doing better than I thought. I can honestly say that wearing that amethyst pendent around my neck really helped me.
So if you ever need to clear your head just grab an amethyst and meditate on it for a while. A few deep breaths is good enough. =D

If you are new to the pagan world, you are probably wondering what the above symbol represents. It is a symbol of the Triple Moon Goddess and is used to represent the goddess aspect of the divine force. The first curve, ), is the waxing moon. The middle circle, O, is the Full Moon. The last curve, (, is the Waning Moon. Together these three symbols, )O(, end up representing the complete cycle of the moon.
It can also be referred to as the Maiden (waxing moon since it is till growing), the Mother (full moon since it is at is fullest/glory days), and the Crone (waning moon since it is getting closer to its end).
I hope this helped, I know when I was new to this path I was very confused as to what, )O(, referred to. Eventually I found out.

Controlling Dreams

Ok so I don’t know if you guys/gurls have ever experienced this but last night I was trying to sleep but I couldn’t because I kept thinking of an essay I had to write about Karl Marx for my history class. I ended up dreaming about KARL MARX lol! This has happened several times to me with different subjects and what not but do you guys experience this? and have you ever had a lucid dream?

I was reading online the other day that in order to have a lucid dream you have to concentrate a lot on not falling asleep, but the truth of the reality is that I’ve been having lucid dreams every now and then since I was a child. When I have one it is simply amazing!

Flying through the air. Seeing friends that have passed on. Stoping your cat from scratching your legs! xD

Bottom line = Dreams are my get away. I would do anything to be able to initiate a lucid dream on command.

My Athame. My director of energy. My caster of circle.
The Athame is a tool used to direct the energy that lies inside of you. You may choose to use or not use an athame during a ritual but it is completely up to you. A alternetive to the traditional double sided black handled dagger is you finger. The finger is a very power director of energy which is probably why it “isn’t polite to point” lol. The athame is also used as a representation of the God.
The athame is NOT used for ritual sacrifice as we as pagans Celebrate life, not destroy it! The blade of the athame is not even sharpened to avoid any accidental cuts.

Though I was taught that this symbol meant evil, I always knew otherwise. I’ve always been so drawn to stars and pentagrams that when I learned this was a symbol of protection and power I didn’t doubt it for one second.
A beautiful interpretation of this wonderful symbol.
